Klemail overview
What is Klemail?
Klemail is an email management tool that enables businesses to detect incorrect emails in the database. These email addresses are dangerous for your email reputation. Cleaning your contact lists will allow you to lower your bounce rate when sending email campaigns and thus increase your deliverability.
Businesses can upload lists of emails in .xls, .csv or .txt format to the platform and the algorithm analyzes only the email addresses, even if other data are present. Within minutes, businesses get a file detailing the results for each email.
To simplify the processing, a column gives users a simplified result among 3 statuses: valid emails, risky emails and incorrect emails. For the "risky" and "incorrect" categories, a 2nd column will indicate the nature of the error or risk.
The tool also distinguishes between disposable and generic emails. Documentation is available on the board and we are of course available for any question. After checking a file, you can archive the treatment and it will be deleted 7 days later if you activate the dedicated option. The risky emails being uncertain, they will be credited to you for free.
