Pros

I love using this software and it's fun to use and see yourself improving your typing skills.
It's a very nice thing to add to your site, it helps for your customers, I used it a few times when I needed help or had questions.
Great, very easy, love the platform and customization, it is simple to manage and its also looks very professional.

Cons

They should fix some system problems that occur sometimes and this cuts the connection. We didnt have ant other problem.
It created significantly more problems than one would expect at such prices. The system was buggy, call members would drop frequently, and problems persisted in a variety of locations and atmospheres.
The ticket management seems to be a little confusing sometimes, and sometimes tickets go unresolved from poor notifications.

As i had said before i am deaf so i do use live chat alot. It hard to hear everything on phone. Is why i personally use live chat. I also feel that live chat is quicker than being on the phone.

Pros

Liev chat i really like. As a deaf person i can't always hear on the phone. I use live chat alot. The agents that talks to you does help you thru any problems. As long it not a robot and it a real person that responds to you. I use live chat for alot of companies and websites. I recommend the live chat better than calling on the phone and have to wait forever to get someone on the phone. Live chat you get instant response.

Cons

I really don't have any downfall with live chat. I do recommend anyone to use live chat. I don't have any complaints with live chat. I am pleased with live chat.

THE BEST CHAT Program

I used a handful of chat programs and really liked this one for a few reasons: Aesthetic. The chat widget looks nice and is much easier to change than other chat programs. As an "agent" the chat UI isn't as complicated as other chat programs. I swear I could put anyone in from of the chat screen and they'd be fine w/o any training but other chat programs require a little assistance to get started. Sounds are not annoying. Integrates with a lot of different apps which is really nice.

I was able to communicate with an appliance repair person with great success! It worked without disconnecting.

Cons

Need to be able to leave the chat and return when sending Information regarding the chat.

Pros

Very nice in design and rich in features. Many of our clients use Livechat software and generate sales via chat.

Cons

Some premium features get a bit too expensive. Still basic plan version is awsome for most user cases.

Pros

Live Chat is extremely easy to use, and was easy to implement. A stored record of chat history made it simple to find older chat conversations.

Cons

As our business has grown, this program didn't have the features to compete with some of the new services on the market. Great as a simple chat function, but not for more advanced needs.

Like it, but in a sea of other chat options, Live Chat needs to step up their game to stand out.

Pros

Using this app for support, I love that you can see when and what your customer is typing. It really helps you anticipate their needs and respond as quickly as they want you to.

Cons

The case creation after each chat is a huge painpoint. After every case, a ticket needs to be created and each creates its own tab. Needs better integration with CRM to avoid this.

We previously didn't have a chat option. Our customers are loving the option to chat live with us or leave a message.

Pros

I really love how I can integrate KnowledgeBase and Shopify. It's really easy to share products and articles with our customers right in the chat!

Overall live chat is a great product, but i would also add the feature or possibility of adding photos within the chat.

Pros

Live chat allows me to talk to agents whenever i am interested in buying a product. The benefit here is that sometimes wait times when using phone lines may be very long. By using live chat, wait times are often avoided.

Cons

However, sometimes delivering your message may often be more difficult via a chat as opposed to expressing it clearly by telephone.

Makes Customer Service Easier

Helped with our productivity and gave our members another way to reach us!

Pros

We added live chat to our website to allow our members to reach us with simple questions that could be answered via chat. It makes it easier to serve our members and allow us to provide customer service to more than one person at a time and still be able to do other tasks at the same time. Definitely helps with productivity!

Cons

Sometimes the chat freezes on the customers end causing angry customers that have to log in to the chat again!

I've had a positive experience with Livechat. You can even export data to excel in case you need to generate a report.

Pros

I like how the system is imbedded onto your website. Users are able to instantly communicate with you once the log in.

Cons

I don't like how the system times out. For example, a site visitor may be typing a long winded message in the live chat. If the live chat goes idle for 5 minutes the guest will be kicked out of that chat. An idle chat means no message is sent from either side.

Flawless and adaptable

I use this everyday to chat with my clients and we get a lot of chats from Facebook and after the messenger integration, I easily handle all of them with quick replies and view user statistics on site at the same time. The reports and ticketing is also perfect.

Pros

I never thought that live chat application was this user friendly. You get a great deal of features in it. The customization according to your branding, the reports, the ghost typing, account management and above of all messenger integration. Integrating the messenger was literally a one minute job and makes your life easier.

Cons

The worst thing about live chat app is chat alerts. They should use a better proactive approach rather than showing someone surf over the site. It should show the possibility of a visitor likely to communicate via chat

We are using chat support on our ecommerce store, so we needed something which can be use to handle the customers query and solve them sooner, so live chat helped our support staff to provide better chat support to our customers and we didn't any problem in our chat support sector. so we are happy using it and will definitely recommend to others.

Pros

the advantage of using easy to navigate interface which is beginner friendly, it pop up when message comes which is quite good feature, we can transfer chat to other support staff, we can save chat history, it can helpful in getting feedback of chat support. it can be customized according to the business needs. so overall Live chat is a good solution for managing customer problems.

Cons

there is some issued that we faced like while opening a new tab we lose the chat support that is something that cause an issue and for small business it is quite costly but the chat support it provides is really good.

No leads' collection or leaving e-mail addresses, just pure conversations - Some really nice features for e-commerce businesses (ticketing, measuring chats' conversion) - User-friendly tutorial guiding you through the application - Multiple integrations with other systems - Customer support (their team is quick, responsive and knowledgeable 👌)

This solution has reduced by operating budget in the contact centre as it has reduced my call volumes by a third.

Pros

Set up was simple and easy, my agents love how easy it is to use. The knowledge base and canned responses make our response times quicker and more effective.

Chat with your own customers instead of relying upon a third party script reader.

Pros

I like that the history of chats is kept around. I also, sadly, like that you can block users (IPs) from the chat if you're getting spam or tolls.

Cons

When a chat is transferred, there's no way to 'grab it' back. I sometimes see users transfer a chat to an agent who is away from their desk, and then the chat sits there inaccessible because you can't recall it.

The chat is very fast via live chat.and able to chat more than one person simultaneously. And you can switch off the chat when you are away .

Cons

There are many unwated chats will occur which means it may be a prank chat or an interruption between a chat .some times you can't get the reply after your question .

Great product and price for small business chat.

Pros

-features -simplicity -price -It's easy to use, integrate and manage the users and features!

Cons

-chats were set to automatically archive when nobody was logged on. It should default send a ticket instead. We missed a handful of customers due to this.
