What is MailMonitor?
MailMonitor comprises a suite of tools for troubleshooting and improving email deliverability and sender reputation. It is designed for email marketers, service providers, and other sectors where email outreach is important. Key features include reputation marker tracking to maintain sender trustworthiness and inbox monitoring to ensure messages reach their destinations. Further tools assess spam filter resistance by testing against DKIM, DMARC, and SPF authentications. Blacklists are monitored to ensure domain IP addresses are not being blocked. Other tests validate sender infrastructure and practices for resilience.
The software tests email campaigns using a seed list of addresses. Spam scores, inbox placement, and reputation data are fed back to the dashboard, where appropriate modifications can be made to improve ratings. MailMonitor is available with custom plans and can be white-labeled for embedding in wider solutions.
