I initially had an in issue with embedding a form that I had created in MailerLite into my WordPress site. I emailed Customer Support and received a quick response! Honestly, I wasn't expecting a personalized response that soon. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was kind enough to inform me that I may have installed the plug-in incorrectly and advised me on the steps of how to embed it properly. Sure enough! User error. I was able to embed and redesign to the form to my liking. Tested it and it works! Thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] !⭐️
As a newbie to email marketing, I wished for an email management software that would be suitable for beginners. The instructor for an email campaign class mentioned that she recommended MailerLite for such folks as me and I am glad that she did! I recall attempting to use MailChimp and found it difficult to navigate through and not as intuitive as I liked. For Constant Contact, I did use that when I consulted for a small company but disliked the limited options. I also am intrigued by the MailerLite Academy and want to enroll in that.
The *only* thing that I dislike is that I, along with others in my class, didn't care for the background elements in the landing page templates. We all thought that we could modify the red color to a different color to match our background to no avail. It took some ingenuity but I did end up creating a landing page that I really like.
Super curious how your landing page ended up, Nikki! And you should definitely enrol into the MailerLite Academy.

Overall, MailerLite is a user-friendly email marketing software that offers several useful features for businesses and organizations. Its drag-and-drop editor, automation workflows, and email campaign management tools make it a popular choice for many users. Additionally, its affordable pricing plans and free plan for up to 1,000 subscribers make it accessible to businesses of all sizes. However, as mentioned earlier, MailerLite has some limitations when it comes to integrations, design flexibility, and reporting and analytics features. Businesses that require more advanced features and integrations may find MailerLite lacking. Additionally, some users have reported issues with deliverability rates and email bounce rates, although these issues seem to be relatively rare.
MailerLite is an excellent email marketing platform that provides a comprehensive suite of features for businesses of all sizes. One of the most significant advantages of MailerLite is its ease of use. The platform is straightforward to navigate and offers an intuitive drag-and-drop editor that allows users to create professional-looking email campaigns without any prior design experience. The platform also provides a wide variety of templates to choose from, making it easier for users to customize their email campaigns to fit their brand and style.
My fist con is that Mailerlite has limited integrations: MailerLite has limited integrations with other third-party applications, which can be a drawback for businesses that rely on several tools for their marketing activities.Limited automation options: Although MailerLite offers automation features, they are relatively limited compared to other email marketing tools. This can be a disadvantage for businesses that require more complex automation workflows.

Overall, I've had a positive experience with MailerLite. It's been a reliable email marketing tool that has helped me to effectively communicate with my subscribers and customers. I've found that MailerLite's features are well-suited to the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs, and its pricing is very affordable. While there have been some minor issues with deliverability and reporting, I think that MailerLite is a great option for anyone looking for an easy-to-use and affordable email marketing tool.
One of the things that I really appreciate about MailerLite is its user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate and use, even for someone who may not have a lot of experience with email marketing tools. Additionally, MailerLite's pricing is very competitive and affordable, especially for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
While I think that MailerLite is a great email marketing tool overall, there are a few areas where it could be improved. For example, some users have reported that the reporting and analytics features could be more robust. Additionally, there have been some concerns raised about deliverability rates and spam filters. However, MailerLite has been transparent about its efforts to address these issues, which is a positive sign.

I love using mailerlite, it is so freaking easy to use, especially if you have a small business and dont want to waste hours figuring out new features. Also the staff helping you with questions are excellent, i think its my favorite part of paying for the service, as i feel that if after ive diy-ed an issue myself and im totally stuck, that at least there are kind, helpful and positive humans behind the platform to actually support me in real time. This is by far the most valuable feature i feel, as it makes me feel confident that i wont be left to suffer if sh*t hits the fan ahah. And they are very positive and helpful, thank you Mailerlite team, you really do stand out in how customer service should be done nowadays where everything is human-less
I love the easy of use with mailerlite to manage my email campaigns. I also really appreciate the templates for both emails and landing pages as it makes it easier to modify to my needs.
Id like to see all my emails tracked per campaign in one spot, without having to click through hoops to find/see who opened what. That would be the most useful feature for me.

Solid solution that does everything I need to grow and develop an email list of fans for my fantasy novels.
It's a breeze to set up automated campaigns, and these can get ridiculously complex if you want them to. They have embraced A/B testing to a wonderful degree, making it easy to improve your metrics. The editor is easy to use and neatly confines you to what an email can actually display. The analytics are clear and what you want to know. Its really easy to slice up your list and send specialised campaigns. You can schedule campaigns by timezone. And if you have a problem, their chat support is top-notch.
You will end up copying previous emails to keep your formatting consistant. They give you a template function, but you can't tell when you're editing the email or the template, or if your edits apply to this one email or to all of them. It also has a feature where you can tell it to "always" format something a certain way, but it does not work. Certainly my limited expertise plays a part in this, but the template function could be improved upon. That said, simply copying previous emails works beautifully, so this isn't too much of a problem.
