What is MyRent?
MyRent is a cloud-based rental management solution which helps rental companies, showrooms and agencies with vehicle booking and quote management. Key features include client data management, acalendar of availability, reservation management, contract creation, and payment processing.
The platform enables users to categorize vehicles in the fleet based on brand, model, version, kilometers, fuel level, and date of purchase. Teams using MyRent can manage online reservations from multiple portals, and store customer information in a centralized database. The planning calendar helps users manage locations, bookings and contracts, allowing staff to check whether a vehicle is available, booked or rented. MyRent generates quotes for vehicle rentals, and provides details to customers for additional fees and discounts.
MyRent allows team members to create contracts by assigning vehicles to customers and adding details such as license plate, location and number of days. Administrators can link the system with XML platforms for tour operators, and provide role-based access to team members.
