On Page overview

What is On Page?

On Page is a product information management software designed to help organizations create, update, and publish products in real-time across paper documents, web pages, and mobile applications. The platform enables businesses to store multilingual descriptions, videos, images, pricing details, and more in a centralized repository for future reference.

On Page includes an interactive dashboard, which allows administrators to organize product information, categories, and catalogs, create and print price lists, commercial documents, and quotes, and collaborate with teams across departments. It offers a host of features such as multi-user access, role-based permissions, automated data synchronization, offline access, currency management, weblinks, and more. Managers can also define custom pricing for products by market, currency, distribution, and geographic area.

On Page lets users share technical datasheets, installation manuals, certifications, and other documents with external and internal stakeholders using the built-in document manager. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including Microsoft Excel and Access, SAP, Zoho CRM, and WordPress via APIs.

These two apps go hand in hand. They both make the other better and function as a team. I use these together when designing and formatting our newsletters.

Integration with WooCommerce is important because it allows flexible payment options in online stores. It works well with PayPal and supports different types of businesses. It also gives more control over how payments are set up.
