QwikDial overview

QwikDial is a predictive dialing SaaS solution designed specifically for debt collection management and accounts receivable. Designed by DAKCS Software with the customer in mind. QwikDial provides seamless integration with the Beyond ARM Collection Software, but QwikDial can also be paired with other Accounts Receivable Management systems via an open API.

With this integration, call campaign information is therefore more tightly coupled, utilizing built-in up/download capabilities while AR and consumer calls are recorded for future reference and quality assurance. QwikDial also acknowledges regulations relating to cell phone dialing by extending predictive technology with preview dialing features. Both crucial to meeting compliance and raising the number of call contacts.

With integrated IVR in QwikDial, businesses can reinforce security and allow consumers options to make payments online, thus staying compliant and no additional requirement to speak to a live representative. Payments can therefore be placed over touchtone telephone devices within a secure, PCI-compliant, hosted, 24/7 automated system without the need for Internet connectivity.

In addition, QwikDial’s Graphical Call Campaign Designer allows agencies to visually design and plot call campaigns with hierarchical, drag and drop-based scripting. Similarly, visual reporting options and campaign schedules can be queried and reviewed instantly or automatically sent as periodic reports to identified recipients.

We are generally happy with this product. The staff at DAKCS are very helpful.This dialer is integrated with DAKCS software so it is easy for us to create dialing campaigns and for our collectors to call through their accounts without having to build campaigns. We are able to have accounts run through automatic processing that includes calling and sending letters, credit reporting, etc without having to do manual processing. Customer service is generally very responsive.

Pros
  • The biggest advantage is its seamless integration with the DAKCS software platform. We do not have to move files into the dialer and then download results. This saves us countless hours of management. Beyond that, the platform allows us to scale up when our volumes are heaviest without the addition of any more Telephone equipment.
Cons
  • Certainly more expensive when compared to traditional long distance costs, however, we have no hardware to support (since it is cloud based) and the integration with our ARM software saves us the time to offset this increased spend.
