QwikDial

Predictive Dialing solution for ARM system integration

4.71/5 (7 reviews)

QwikDial overview

What is QwikDial?

QwikDial is a predictive dialing SaaS solution designed specifically for debt collection management and accounts receivable. Designed by DAKCS Software with the customer in mind. QwikDial provides seamless integration with the Beyond ARM Collection Software, but QwikDial can also be paired with other Accounts Receivable Management systems via an open API.

With this integration, call campaign information is therefore more tightly coupled, utilizing built-in up/download capabilities while AR and consumer calls are recorded for future reference and quality assurance. QwikDial also acknowledges regulations relating to cell phone dialing by extending predictive technology with preview dialing features. Both crucial to meeting compliance and raising the number of call contacts.

With integrated IVR in QwikDial, businesses can reinforce security and allow consumers options to make payments online, thus staying compliant and no additional requirement to speak to a live representative. Payments can therefore be placed over touchtone telephone devices within a secure, PCI-compliant, hosted, 24/7 automated system without the need for Internet connectivity.

In addition, QwikDial’s Graphical Call Campaign Designer allows agencies to visually design and plot call campaigns with hierarchical, drag and drop-based scripting. Similarly, visual reporting options and campaign schedules can be queried and reviewed instantly or automatically sent as periodic reports to identified recipients.

We have used this dialer technology for over a year now and are happy to have made the switch.

Used daily for 1-2 years

Pros
The biggest advantage is its seamless integration with the DAKCS software platform. We do not have to move files into the dialer and then download results. This saves us countless hours of management. Beyond that, the platform allows us to scale up when our volumes are heaviest without the addition of any more Telephone equipment.

Cons
Certainly more expensive when compared to traditional long distance costs, however, we have no hardware to support (since it is cloud based) and the integration with our ARM software saves us the time to offset this increased spend.

QwikDial is a great dialing solution

Used daily for 2+ years

We were able to get QwikDial to work on our thin client environment with help from the great team at DAKCS!

Pros
QwikDial is easy to use and train on. We just recently started 4 new collectors on the product and training time was about 5 minutes. It gives our office a great click to dial platform, and with the software integration we are able to leave messages as well.

Cons
The fact that I can not use the recordings with my speech analytics is a bit of a downfall, but I know DAKCS is aware of this and looking for a solution for their clients, as always!

QwikDial

We have been using QwikDial for many years and are generally happy. However, with the writing on the wall about new bipartisan bills being presented in Congress designed to basically eliminate any ability to use predictive dialing, we are hoping that QwikDial can adjust to create some sort of "click-to-dial" option.

Pros
Integrated with DAKCS collection software. Uploading accounts for call campaigns is done directly from the Beyond system in a single step.

Cons
It would be nice to be able to modify/disable/enable multiple campaigns at once rather than having to select them one at a time. Voicemail drop features need some work, particularly with the reporting back to Beyond.

QwikDial triples workflow

Used daily for 2+ years

Pros
QwikDial allows my collectors to easily triple the output from our old dialing system. I am able to see real time statistics, and keep track of everything that is happening at a glace, no matter where I am in the world.

Cons
It is subject to internet connectivity, which most cloud dialers are. It can be challenging when the internet is stagnant.

Great product!

We are able to scale the dialer to what we have as needs on a daily basis. If we need more contacts, we just add a few more lines. It generates some linkback but mostly it generates more return calls. I have had to decrease the number of lines because the collectors could not keep up.

Pros
This product is very easy to setup and monitor. The integration with our collection software makes this a product we will never cease to use. It is very easy to scale for our needs. There is never a need to add hardware or call to get an upgrade to use more lines.

Cons
I can't really think of anything that i dislike about Qwikdial.

Benefits

QwikDial integrates with DAKCS’s Beyond Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) suite or any ARM system by virtue of open API support.
Securely hosted and optimized for PCI regulations, QwikDial adds preview dialing to predictive capabilities to maintain compliancy and increase call contacts.
The system enables consumers to make payments online or over the phone without talking to a live representative, instead securely accepting payments via touchtone phone and integrated IVR (interactive voice response).
AR and debtor calls are automatically recorded and stored within the hosted system archive for rapid retrieval.
An integrated Graphical Call Designer allows call campaigns to be visually planned and scripted to meet standards and optimize collection performance.
