Beyond Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) is a customer-focused debt collection and accounts receivable software solution. Available as a SaaS with local install options for Mac and Windows systems, Beyond ARM’s application integrates alongside individual components of DAKCS’s QwikSolve Enterprise Solution Suite to cater for diverse deployment types and crucially enable users to increase cash flow by optimizing the collection process. Administrators can then go further by customizing application screens and bespoke workflows without additional IT or programming expertise.

Features included with the main ARM application add predictive dialing via QwikDial and integrated email/messaging tools for secure AR/debtor communication. Bill and document presentment modules are optimized for mobile devices while support for authenticated e-signature backs secured credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing. Evaluate loan applicants with integrated credit and risk scoring capabilities, and improve agency-client engagement with QwikClient. This cloud-based agent provides 24/7 client access for multiple account filings, real time trust reports and an electronic file repository.

Beyond was a huge step forward from the previous version of Dacks Sting. Although at times it does seem to be sluggish, the amount of detail and customization that can be added at the account level is awesome, which helps prevent us from bouncing from screen to screen to collect the bill. I do have to say where Beyond shines the most is the support we can get from the great folks at Dakcs.

Great service and stability. The people at DAKCS provide excellent customer support. We have had virtually no downtime since we have been using their software (10+ years) They are friendly and very responsive. The software is solid and a great value for the price. No software is perfect and there are areas that I think they could improve, but overall I highly recommend DAKCS .
