Salon Tracker provides SMS marketing for users to promote new treatments and send appointment reminders. This works to reduce the number of customer no shows as well as encourage them to return again.
The features included by Salon Tracker aim to provide users with the tools to manage any salon efficiently and productively. Users can make informed business decisions by examining the data shown on their business reports as well as perform intelligent marketing by sending promotions directly to customers.
Alongside salon management, Salon Tracker aims to improve customer relationships. With Caller ID enabled, Salon Tracker records customer details such as birthday, past purchases and skin type in order to target and market to clients. Caller ID aspires to strengthen customer relations by enabling users to anticipate the needs of their customers. Besides Salon Tracker’s software subscription, users can also opt for one of Salon Tracker’s POS Hardware packages to complement the running of the Salon Tracker software.
