    Pros
    Constantly updated and worked on by the company it is feature rich and a solid support tool. Very happy with it and I have been using it since the FixMe days.
    The reboot and reconnect features have been improved, and I also like having a variety of settings that allow me to choose how I want to see and control the remote desktop.
    I signed up to try SetMe because of macOS support, but found a few other things I like. Overall, seems to be a good product and they’ve announced some other new features that will be added to it soon.
    Cons
    Constant updates that automatically occur and delay me connecting to a machine for a few minutes.
    Multiple monitor controls. Two monitors visible is hard to control and switching between 2 is cumbersome.
    Price could be lower, but seems to reflect the market. Looking forward to the unattended access functionality which I'm told is expected to be released soon.

    Works great on Macs

    I've used the other app from Techinline for about 2 years. The only issue I had was not being able to run it on macOS and connect to Macs. I signed up to try SetMe because of macOS support, but found a few other things I like. Overall, seems to be a good product and they’ve announced some other new features that will be added to it soon.

    Pros

    It's nice being able to finally have the app installed on my Macbook Pro instead of running it in a virtual machine and remote into field test engineers' computers. File transfer between Windows and Mac is very fast, works great even when you drag and drop large files or archives between computers. The reboot and reconnect features have been improved, and I also like having a variety of settings that allow me to choose how I want to see and control the remote desktop.

    Cons

    Price could be lower, but seems to reflect the market. Looking forward to the unattended access functionality which I'm told is expected to be released soon.

    Pros

    If you are looking for an easy to use, low cost, full featured, very well supported remote control and support software that handles both Windows and Apple products than this is the way to go in my option. Constantly updated and worked on by the company it is feature rich and a solid support tool. Very happy with it and I have been using it since the FixMe days.

    Cons

    Right now the only con I have with the software is I am not a fan of the control panel colors scheme. I wish I could change it away from the pastel look. LOL. Seriously. I do not have any other complaints.

    Great alternative remote assistant tool!

    Pros

    It's easy and straightforward to set up a remote assist session, the client is lightweight and does not cause a lot of performance impact on the host's PC.

    Cons

    The clipboard might break sometimes during the support session.

    Pros

    Search and layout of my computers improved drasticly from previous program. And reporting of my users time and connections is great.
