What is SignCenter?
SignCenter is a web-based, HIPAA-compliant electronic signature and data capture tool designed to help healthcare organizations streamline the signature capture process by eliminating the hassle of printing documents, getting them signed in person and scanning them. This app allows signers to mark and sign the required documents using a mouse, touchscreen, or keyboard, from any web-enabled device like desktops, mobiles, tablets, etc. Users can manage the entire signature lifecycle in a single place.
SignCenter enables users to notify signers to provide signatures in person or through a self-expiring link. When the document is signed, SignCenter records the date, time and IP address of the signer’s device and sends a downloadable PDF file to the user. It can be used as a standalone product, or integrated with third-party imaging systems. SignCenter can also work seamlessly with Medforce’s suite of document and process management tools.
