Pros

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.

Pros

Pulseway has THE best mobile RMM available, combined with their other services and add-on it makes for on of the best or the best MSP tools out there.
The scripting tools help me accomplish tasks effortlessly for tasks that are not built in to the system, which is rare. It is also a very versatile/customizable tool for monitoring and notifications.
Good monitoring tools and automation of tasks, good combination of features overall. Especially like having the PSA integration.

Cons

Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
Sometimes it gets a little unstable, but I think the problem is more on the internet than on the program itself.

Cons

Difficult to uninstall sometimes. I am having trouble uninstalling from one particular PC.
The file transfer for remote control sessions is horrible. You can't sort or manage files, you can't type a directory path, you can't send directories.
I do miss grouping capabilities when working with antivirus menu.

My clients have a good overview of their inventory. Updating windows is effortless.

Pros

easy to use and to deploy. Good reporting functionality. Patching and monitoring is super!

Cons

The PSA functionality is too much. It would be easier to select which modules you actually need. The remote desktop feature is very limited in comparison to Teamviewer. It would be nice to have a dutch translation.

We monitor tons of critical systems, Pulse way makes is easy to get alerts when something goes wrong. Pulse way also has excellent features like a threat management board and shell access from your mobile. Remote control is new and not as advanced as something like teamviewer, but, when you put it all together, pulseway is a great product. Looking forward to native Mac and Linux remote desktop support.

Pros

Unmatched alert system and mobile support for Windows, Mac and Linux. Superb customer support.

Cons

No native remote access for Mac or Linux... But I'm told it coming.

Pros

Pulseway is affordable and very functional for managing customer servers and endpoint devices. The mobile app allows technicians out in the field to achieve more than any other RMM software on the market.

Cons

I wish they would spend more time on the remote support interface giving technicians a little more features to utilize from a remote terminal feature.

RMM features work well I love the remote CMD and remote PS, batches are great too.

Cons

can't remote to 2 screens at a time, remote connections freeze and drop sometimes, no reconnect on reboot, no alternative remote option, no bitdefender AV option, no remote from android app, New information entries are not possible within a ticket creation (-first need to go back and create the item/product/client/.....) would like to have a MSI repository to install files on client machines via scripts.

I am able to quickly add someone to a group and then take over. No need to exchange pwds/ids. no need for complicated configuration so that i can re-connect after a reboot. the integration with kaspersky is a nice touch. it is really handy especially when you have to help out non-technical people. Moreover, I am using in on my hosted and development machines as well as my raspi and unraid storage servers making the back up process almost hands free!!!!

Pros

Most of all i liked the new ability to send a installation link to someone at get their system directly added to a existing group. Furthermore, the mobile app has all the functionality included so you are not missing out if you are not in-front of a desktop.

Cons

Does not have a remote control app for mobile.

Low Cost RMM with Great Value

We transitioned from Labtech automate to pulseway and it's been remarkably simple to switch. The cost savings and what I find to be superior scripting automation has made pulseway my favorite RMM to date.

Pros

Cost Ability to Deploy from local servers Remote Powershell/Command Prompt is a life saver The scheduled execution of Powershell/Batch Scripts Easily control windows updates

Cons

No remote access for Mac OS The biggest con is that functions are split between the web interface, the Pulseway Remote Desktop app, and the Pulseway dashboard app, for example, you can only chat a user from the web interface and not directly from the remote desktop application, or you can only configure the customers pulseway monitor configuration from the Dashboard application.

Gives an abundance of end client information in an easy and (somewhat) intuitive interface. OS and software inventory are very useful.

Cons

- Although not a big problem, I noticed that with the new version, renaming can only be done on the machine itself or by using the Pulseway Dashboard. Moving to a different group can only be done on the machine itself or the WebApp. -

Helps manage drive space and monitor operation critical machines with out having to remote in.

Pros

Has a ton of functionality and levels of security access, yet it's still very simple and intuitive to use. Great support that checks up on you every now and again. Easy to deploy and makes micro managing a group of computers very easy. Saves me a lot of time.

Cons

Certain features need some ironing out and the UI can definitely be visually improved, like a dark theme.

Very powerful software that I probably don’t use anywhere near to capacity

Applying updates on the fly, pushing out PS scripts as needed for certain tasks, and status monitoring are all a nice benefit when you are a one man IT Department.

Pros

Easy to use and easy to deploy. The Remote Desktop is a great replacement for my existing remote support software. The absolute best feature, in my opinion, is the ability to push out PS scripts to automate routine tasks; targeted to specific machines.

Cons

If I have to pick one; it is a little expensive for a small agency such as mine. I would also like to see me more PS script templates made available. Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.

Everything! They do actually listen to the feedback and feature requests. But especially the Remote Desktop.

Great software with low upfront expense

Eyes and feet for most features accessible remotely. Monitoring, and now remote access is also great and getting better.

Pros

Most features available across all platforms, pricing is great, adding new features on a regular basis is good too

Cons

Paying in local currency would be a great option to have, when logged in to the website a lot of space is taken up by unwanted or blank areas making it difficult to see all features in one page forcing us to scroll and even doing so the useful info is very limited so unable to see all the useful info in one page. Please see the Agent Status page under Antivirus as an example, almost 60% of the page has been taken up by blank spaces and huge buttons and only 5 systems can be viewed in one page.

Pros

- Remote desktop is superb - Have your companies pc's managed on a single place - Able to manage AV in all pc's easily

Cons

- The UI should be easier and cleaner - Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc) - Some pc's information should be available when they're offline

Premium RMM at Great Cost

Pulseway is a great RMM tool, and with the introduction of third party patch management I think they have the opportunity to become one of the best platforms on the market in features, ease of use and cost. Support requests were generally answered quickly, the setup and deployment was easy and the use of the platform was easy to learn. This is a great platform.

Pros

This RMM platform is incredibly easy to use and setup. Offering silent install of the agent, the ability to lock out the agent from users making changes and from our experience it used little system resources. The RMM comes with it's own integrated remote access tool which allows for seamless remote connection to client endpoints, as well as integrated remote command line tools and remote Powershell...

Cons

Third party patch management is just now being rolled out for Pulseway, a feature that many other RMM platforms we reviewed already had in place. We had to use a third party patch management platform to manage non-Microsoft patches. The antivirus integration (for Webroot) doesn't allow management from the dashboard - if you want to add sites or configure policies you have to connect to the Webroot...

Pros

I love the pricing. I pay far less than what I would pay with other RMM providers. I get more than I pay for with Pulseway. I manage hundreds of computers as the sole IT provider for my company. I tried multiple competitors software before deciding on Pulseway. The others were cumbersome or had licensing that did not fit what we needed to do. With Pulseway I pay for what I need, no more.

Cons

There are areas that Pulseway lacks in, the predominant being MAC usage. My only complaint is not being able to push MAC updates, and use the remote desktop App on a MAC.
