Great, cheaper alternative!

Pros

Much cheaper than teamviewer, splashtop or any of the other remote management softwares.

Cons

Speed and performance falls short when connecting and controlling a remote desktop. I would really like to see a faster interface.

Pros

fast secure and easy system, use it dailt to remote access mac, much better then teamviewer and realvnc

Cons

none i really like the sofware, sometimes it is difficult tot contact a mac pc, but i think it is more a internet line issue

We are using Zoho Assist since long for remote desktop customer support. We love this very much.

Less downtime, less travelling expenditure for support engineers, prompt response.

Pros

Remote screen quality is very much clear than Teamviewer or AnyDesk.

Cons

Only sometimes, it takes a little bit more time to connect to unattended computers.

It's really helping to support our customer to resolve the issue as early as possible

We have installed our machines in multiple states in India, when issue occurs able to resolve the issue's remotely

Pros

We could able do most of the admin task from remotely | like auto-reconnect after reboot, WLAN to turn on the PC's in our machines and support engineer based control

Cons

It's takes more time to list unattended PC's and compare to Teamviewer it's slow| it will good if your improve the speed | compare to last year it's improved, but hoping for even better speed

Zoho Assist - Spiceworks Integration a Godsend?

It is far more lightweight than a normal Teamviewer install would be and is convenient for helpdesk requests.

Pros

I have used Zoho Assist for about a month and I think that it is really neat to have as it is combined with our online Spiceworks helpdesk. It allows us to send out remote control invitations to our staff and remotely control their computers with the click of a mouse. In addition, it doesn't really have any bloated features on either end. I can control their computer from my browser and the Assist client doesn't have to install on their workstation for it to work.

Cons

It would be nice to have a couple more features that are included in similar packages like Teamviewer, but I can appreciate a lightweight application.

Finally: Affordable, well-done remote access software

Pricing plan is perfect for me. Product works better than other remote support products I have used in the past, and Zoho has excellent customer service.

Pros

Years ago, I purchased the small business edition of Teamviewer when version 10 was released.

Cons

A few (minor) things: 1. The pricing model is confusing to me. They have a 'Remote Support' plan and an 'Unattended Access' plan. Why can't I have both (like all of the other remote apps). I suppose I could just buy two subscriptions? When chatting with Zoho sales, they tell me unattended access is NOT included with remote support. But during my trial of Remote Support I noticed with the Remote Support plan I can enable remote access. It's confusing. I think Zoho should just combine both products and call it a day. 2. Occasionally the app logs me out and I have to generate a new two-factor authentication application password. It may be something I am doing by mistake but I haven't figured it out yet.
