Pros

Its easy and cost effective. Most of executive willing to help more than to sale a product, its win win to customer and solution provider.
I really like how easy it is to simply invite or just send a link to a user for them to connect to a remote session. I also like being able to see the admin approval boxes when they pop up.
The ease of use is excellent, there is no major learning curve. Giving the end users the 'still in the office' experience of communicating directly with a technician is excellent.

Pros

Getscreen.me is an intuitive and user friendly tool for collaboration with great and amazing technical support. Ut enables me and my coworkers to easily interact regardless of where you are.
It enables me and my colleagues to easily engage regardless of where you are. It is super easy and simple to learn and understand and the customer service is top notch.
I had a very great and remarkable experience with Getscreen.me and i recommend it to all prospective customers looking for an excellent and exceptional tool for screen sharing and remote work.

Cons

It can have a habit of not connecting correctly and just gets stuck in a spin and you have to start the session again which can be a little annoying.
I have features missing, when I initially signed up I had space to add more technicians now I am over the amount of technicians I am allowed.
I am struggling to think of any cons for this software, especially at this price point.

Cons

There is completely nothing that i remember which disappointed me while using the application.
Mobile application is hectic to use and keep disconnecting sessions mainly when there’s poor internet connection.
At first start, the resolution was quite bad, but it seemed to adjust after a while.

Ease of use, but had connection issues sometimes

Cons

doe not work great with mac and alot of pcs would not allow

An affordable option to more expensive programs if bought on lifetime or long plans

We support all our customers with computer problems and also for training and explanations of problems, this saves a massive amount of travel time and keeps our carbon foot print low. We can also respond a lot quicker than waiting for an engineer to be available to attend. We can also do work after hours upgrading or checking backups that would be difficult in person.

Pros

The main features I need are easy to deploy quick support that doesn't need a lot of explaining as some customers are not very I.T literate and also unattended to drop in and out of machines whenever required. Getscreen can do both of these easily, although not as elegantly as other tools we have used but it does the job. There is an option for Video and voice chat which looks interesting but have not tried this feature yet as we use a different tool for this but we are going to give it a test drive.

Cons

It doesn't reconnect on a reboot and does get stuck a few times and needs a refresh which is a bit annoying when busy I would also like it to log sessions but it doesn't do it as well as Zoho. It can be a bit slow some days and some grief when supporting Apple macs

Finally found a remote access app that's easy to use and 100% reliable!

Couldn't be happier. I've used GetScreen.me a LOT to assist family and friends configure things or fix things on their computers or run updates for them -- including most recently to fix a problem my wife was having with her laptop camera while travelling (which stopped working after a Windows update, surprise, surprise). The "permanent remote access" function has allowed me to access documents on my main computer when I'm out and about on my tablet.

Pros

Straightforward to set up from my end and easy for the other party (who needs assistance) to allow the remote connection. Lots of helpful options when remote accessing. Intuitive and nice-looking layout of the various functions. Can choose to hear the other computer's audio or not. Permanent remote access allows me to connect all 4 of my computers and devices no matter where I am. Support responds quickly to questions -- and without "canned" answers. Online instructions and guidelines are well-written and easy to follow.

Cons

So far, in the few months I've been using GetScreen.me I really haven't found anything I didn't like. I've been too busy thinking "at last, a remote access app that I can use without hassles!"

Getscreen.me Top-class Remote Desktop Support Tool, with easy Screen Sharing Solution.

Robust tool with all the features we use and run them in web browser on any kind of device which makes this tool a stunner. Overall the speed is faster than any remote support software I have used so far.

Pros

We use it mainly for remote customers support, with quick support option which is easy to do especially when user have installed their browser add-on. The simplicity of this tool is great easy to use install and with a very clean and easy to navigate UI which allows users easy to complete any support session without much support, and I like I can create a quick link to assist a customer remotely easily. I like the Telegram integration which issues fast support the request takes only 10 secs and ready to join from the Telegram app. I like the embedded option which helps me to place the join module in my website. Easy to share screen with my customers during support sessions. The ability to just send a link and connect remotely to the computer without any installation is great.

Cons

It's a bit expensive for the small teams, there is need to cut the price which would be a fair option to the small teams. Overall I can't complain anything else is working excellenty.
