The only thing I don't like is that copying lesson plans from previous years has a lot of steps.   Unless I am missing some training, you have to click through a lot of buttons to find past lessons, then copy, then click back through all the buttons to get to the current week to paste.   If you only have to do one lesson, it might be worth it, but if you are trying to copy a week or two for a whole unit, it gets too unmanageable.

The APP is not great and I do get some parent feedback on not liking how the app looks and is not super useable on their phones, specifically the glitching and finding grades, assignments, and other features, including the bill pay and so forth.

It helps our administration to look and see what students are interrupting our class management strategies and to better help us flow and make progress.

Gradelink contains everything a teacher will need to write lesson plans, organize and keep grades, as well as so much more.  

I use it on a weekly basis and it allows me to keep parents in the loop with how their child is performing in school.

I can generate schedules, print transcripts, and parents can follow their child's progress in real time.

At times, the system can be slow, and customization options (especially for reports and grading formats) could be more flexible.

I love that I can put my weekly emails on the Teacher page so parents can go back and look at that instead of trying to find it in an email that I sent.

One thing I would like to see added is a way to upload files for staff members so that we can move to digital files for them also.

Most questions can be answered via their help desk, but if you phone and leave a message, you get a response usually same day, next business day at the latest.

I like how Gradelink lets you track your lesson plans and grades for each student.  

I always get almost immediate responses back from the support team to help either build something on your website, troubleshoot an issue or just remind me again on how to do something on my end for my school.

In addition, the features in the Gradelink system cover all of our grade reporting needs.

Occasional technical issues like calendar glitches or minor system bugs, and there can be a learning curve for new users despite its overall simplicity.
