The Twixor Master module helps businesses with centralized monitoring, automated billing, and consumption management. It offers an application programming interface (API) that lets stakeholders integrate the system with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, RCS or Google Business Messages, and more.

Features of the Twixor AIM module include omnichannel journey builder, hybrid agent assist, dynamic rich cards, progressive web apps, campaign manager, AI analytics, rich media and in-line forms, and NLP-powered interactions. Twixor Compute provides data management for actionable big data insights, business process management suite, and system integration for legacy systems.
