The customer can also change the scheduled date even after it looks like its been paid.   Whereas from our shoes we need to know we have been paid before we ship the product.   After the invoice shows as paid the funding takes 7-8 business days or longer by ACH.  

I like that it can be done in many ways to upload an invoice from your computer, emails or from your mobile phone with just a photo, Bill is a great help for the digital transformation of finance.

BILL Spend & Expense, formerly Divvy, has a fantastic interface on both mobile and online app. If you have not had a receipt management/credit card management service for your team, this really DOES improve your life.

It will still send a credit card - which in most cases is not how people want to get paid. If 5 happens to you (where you select to pay via ACH from your bank instead of a virtual card) your bank account will STILL pay for it like a prepayment to your LOC (stupid). If your account is frozen - you can't even use those funds anyway. If you reach out to customer support - you will chat with someone who is extremely unresponsive and feels like they are talking to 10 other people.

It was not until we called Bill that they even had any idea there was suspicious activity on the account despite the thief making repeat purchases at the apple store, expensive clothing stores, etc. that our company has zero history making purchases at. When the fraud claim was filed it was erroneously noted that the stolen card was still in the possession of the employee. While we attempted to correct this, Bill rejected the fraud claim and refused to appeal their decision.
