A good plus is  that there is no need to build our solutions from scratch and several integrations are available to streamline the workflow.

Chargebee makes it painless to manage subscription billing on top of a payment processor or gateway, along with a modern interface from a team that "gets" SaaS.  But the best part is their attention to you as a customer and their willingness to meet or exceed your expectations repeatedly.  

Two examples- you can't hide the subscription amount when someone is signing up for a free trial and if you have a free trial assigned to a plan the user can't skip the free trial if they want to be charged immediately (you can help them with this on the backend, which adds friction).

The big advantage is reducing the amount of human processing since all information is inside the platform.

During our weekly calls, I was left to fend for myself, presenting configurations that didn’t work and proposing solutions that were met with dismissive responses.

Overall it is intuitive to use and it does everything we need.

All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience, but the issues that we experienced (with some not completely on ChargeBee, but shared with Microsoft) didn't allow my experience to be great either. But what I can say is that once they iron out those integration issues with Partner Center, I don't foresee having any negative experiences going forward.

I have found that Chargebee has a learning curve, particularly for users who are not familiar with subscription management or billing platforms.

While Chargebee offers a comprehensive set of features, there is a slight learning curve involved in fully harnessing its capabilities.

They showed no interest in understanding our use case or reviewing our documents and user flows.
