UltraTax CS is a cloud-based professional tax software designed to help tax preparers automate corporate tax workflows and streamline document management. It offers multi-monitor flexibility, allowing businesses to view forms, input, diagnostics, prior year input, and more on up to 4 separate monitors at the same time.
Key features of UltraTax CS include data sharing, electronic filing, document management, asset management, and advanced tax planning capabilities. The solution enables tax professionals to instantly pull lists of fields comprising clients' data from last year's returns. Managers can automatically link returns using Tax ID numbers and monitor each step of the process using e-file tools.
UltraTax CS offers multi-state processing through the multi-state allocation grid for K-1 or Schedule C income across multiple states and the apportionment grid for business returns. It comes with an eSignature add-on module, which enables teams to collect clients' signatures from anywhere using mobile devices.
