P2P helps manage indirect spends in organizations including IT services, legal fees, HR, and more. The procurement team has a vendor database that makes use of a starting point and gets a 360 degree view of POS to help track paid advances.
The Expenzing invoice management feature controls the invoice authorization process with automated checks, from purchasing goods to receiving them and invoicing. The invoice manager also performs a three way check within GRN, PO, and invoice. The accounts payable module reduces the cycle time for AP processes and email dependency as well. Expenzing also helps track regular invoices including internet and security services. The Expenzing mobile app enables users to add business expenses and make travel requests on the go via Android or iOS devices.
