Expenzing is an expense management software that helps users automate indirect vendor, employee travel, and other employee expenses. This software brings together three cloud-based products which help users enhance their procure-to-pay processes. The procurement manager feature provides systematic records of vendors and regulates their spend accordingly. Expenzing also comes with a workflow configurator that sets the rules for routing as the requisition is created. P2P helps manage indirect spends in organizations including IT services, legal fees, HR, and more. The procurement team has a vendor database that makes use of a starting point and gets a 360 degree view of POS to help track paid advances.

The accounting department has really benefited from this software, they are able to see the type of expenses and their impact on company profits, this has boosted our profits . we were able to completely do away with unnecessary expenses and have implemented controls on all expenses before they are incurred.
The software enables a company track all expenses and generate reports automatically on all expenses. With this, it is so easy to analyse expenses and make decisions on which expenses should be minimized or controlled.
Integrating with other systems at first was a problem but they have made improvements on it.

It has been more than a year now that I have been using this Expenzing tool and I have found this tool to be user-friendly, saves time with less data entry and great customer service whenever required
Easily accessible (Works on the Internet), Mobile approvals, Inbuilt Entitlements, nondependency on IT

The product has some great features and it is user-friendly. However, there are certain issues for the integration part where a lot of improvement is required. Customization as per the client requirement is compromised, which needs to mutually agreed upon so that the user experience is taken care of.
