Pros and cons

The product selection, customisation and employee onboarding went as smoothly as we've ever experienced. The company's team was super helpful and quickly resolved any issues.
Everything is pretty clear where to find what. Easy navigation and great classification.
Great functionality use when filling in information and easy correction to change information after a certain action has been performed.
There's nothing really to mention here in terms of functionalities. The only thing missing is the archive documents and digital archive for customer file.
There are some features missing, but it's already in the development.
There have been situations when we couldn't enter information about the car and the partner should have waited for the IT specialist to resolve this problem.

Connects with all APIs

Custom features for the whole consumer lending process.

Pros

It was super easy to connect the system with all of the APIs necessary for our daily operations. This helps us automate several processes, such as loan payment and repayment.

Cons

Some of the features we needed weren't automatically included in the off the shelf solution.

Custom development hours make the tech fit our needs.

Pros

While the price might seem high at first, when we actually looked at all of the modules and the features they include, we realised that the system is actually at a great price for the value it offers.

Cons

The launch time could have been slightly quicker with faster onboarding.

Pros

Cons

Not all customisation was possible without the help of the company, but we got all of our custom features in the end.

Flexible contract

The white label website works great for our business.

Pros

We were using the solution to launch a new product, so it was great to have flexibility and options when it came to the contract. No vendor lock-in was a great selling point.

Cons

It would be great if there were some introductory pricing options.

Fast setup

The price point works for our business.

Pros

The whole onboarding process was very fast, we were able to get the system up and running within a few months. We started out with a physical storefront business and eventually implemented a digital version.

Cons

The system didn't come with all of the features we needed out of the box, but the custom development hours solved this issue.

Pros

The system is very flexible and can adapt to our growing business needs. We began as a storefront business, and now also use the solution for our whitelabel website and mobile application.

Cons

As a new company, we would always be happy with a lower price point.

The level of automation has helped grow and scale our business.

Pros

Out of the box customization features are great, but we also love the option to use custom development hours. This helps the system adapt to our ever-growing and changing business needs.

Cons

The system didn't have all of the out-of-the-box features we needed.

Great custom features

We're so happy with the contract flexibility.

Pros

The solution already has a very broad product catalogue, but FIS.solutions is always available to create any custom features if we feel any usability is lacking. The out of the box customisation is great and was able to fulfil both our physical and digital business needs.

Cons

The solution could be cheaper, although we couldn't find a cheaper option that included all the features we needed.

Simple & Efficient

Due to the efficency of the FIS Loan Management System we could cut down our OPEX. The migration process was very easy and fast. Minor customization was needed.

Pros

It's meeting all the requirements to manage private loans with all needed funcionalities. It's simple & efficient and it covers all legal and compliance mandated request from the Swiss Authorities.

Cons

There's nothing really to mention here in terms of functionalities. The only thing missing is the archive documents and digital archive for customer file.

I like everything, especially that it is easier to work with new processes.

Pros

Easily find any information you need in everyday life. The system automatically counts the numbers and you don't need to perform manual operations and the customer doesn't wait a long time for your decision.

Cons

There have been situations when we couldn't enter information about the car and the partner should have waited for the IT specialist to resolve this problem.

FIS Loan Management System helps us with Customer service, very good and user friendly database.

Pros

The no-code system makes it easy to make changes to the solution without the need for coding or outside assistance

Cons

We are still working on system improvement, so I can't mention that something I don't like.

Cons

system malfunctions, after performing a certain action, the system freezes and it is not possible to perform the action further. According to our work specification, the system lacks a number of changes and new functions.

Friendly software

We are using it to record, control and manage loans issued by our company. All our staff has access to it and is using on daily basis.

Pros

The most I liked about this software that is very easy to use. We didn't face any difficulties to train employees to use it. The interface is quite friendly and self explanatory. You have all information you need in order to control, follow up and overview all activity.

Cons

I think the reporting system could be improved. Although there are reports and you can require other tailor made reports for the operation it looks that there are some limitations in building them.
