What is Forecast 5?
Forecast 5 is a purpose-built forecasting and budgeting tool, designed to ease the budgeting process for Chartered Accountants, Non-Profits and Private Corporations alike.
Currently a desktop solution but working towards a cloud version, Forecast 5 encourages integrations to financial software, such as Xero, MYOB Advanced, Sage 50 Accounts, and more, to import historical data, build your budget, forecast forward and generate the financial outputs you need. Then entering your month on month actuals is as simple as clicking a button.
With not only your standard financial reports, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and Funds Flow, Forecast 5 gives you even more. Including Variance reports for each standard report so you can see how your actual months are tracking against your original budget. And schedule reports such as Employee, Loan, Tax, Fixed Assets and Assumptions.
Forecast 5 also has the ability to create what if scenarios (and report on these scenarios) so you can understand all possible outcomes for your business.
And don't forget about extending (up to 15 years if you needed), consolidating multiple entities (even those with different currencies) and amending your data for future years to accommodate for fluctuations in costs or sales.
