What is Kallidus Perform?
Kallidus Perform is a cloud-based performance management platform that offers a variety of objective tracking and performance management tools. The solution is specifically designed to cater to the employee appraisal needs of large and medium-sized businesses in various industries.
Kallidus Perform allows employees to set goals, update their progress, add comments, and provide details about current progress towards goals in real time. Managers can request, collect and follow informal feedback as well as carry out formal evaluations. They can also schedule meetings, and leave comments on employee progress and goals. Goals can be set with deadlines in place, with employees able to update the percentage of completion for each goal, and objectives and dates of completion can be modified as needed.
Within the manager dashboard module, managers can view the progress of each team or individual, track their goals, and provide support to employees in real time. Optional notifications inform managers of changes to employee progress, concerns, and new comments, and meetings can be setup within the platform to review performance.
