Anytime I had any issues I contacted customer support and they responded back really fast I was very impressed. They continue to develop and make software better with time.
The thing I like about this product is the great customer support! Also it’s Easy to use with a lot of templates to use for running a business. Sending invoices or estimates to customers is easy to do from the field. You also can collect customers signature from your phone great features.
Are there any cons, Can’t say I really have any issues with program, try it you’ll be glad you gave it a shot

it has helped us send invoices to our clients with no difficulty and in the shortest time, thereby minizing our costs that would be incurred during physical movements to reach our clients
i can create invoices,and send them to our clients in just minutes, also track payments and manage our finances in one place. It is userr friendly with a good UI that no technical knowledge is required to run the software.
the software has a lot of missing features that would make my work so easy if they were present ,lacks most intergrations with other financial software

It's a great service, and has definitely helped us improve the control we have on our invoicing. We bill straight away, and keep track of when payments are made. It makes my business look more professional, which cannot be a bad thing!
Very user-friendly. Looks very professional too (we used to have a MS Word invoice template). Each of my employees have their own login, so they can bill the customer for their time. It goes out automatically by e-mail, which saves a lot of hassle
As my business becomes bigger, I want more control over who can view what (e.g. that certain users can only see the invoices that they've added themselves).

It's easy, it's fast, and it gets the job done for me in half the time! Invoicing is not sexy, but at least with Send Invoice I enjoy the weekly billing run - no more hassle of spreadsheets, writing invoices in Word etc.
