Stampli is a great addition for any accounting software if you are looking to streamline your AP process. I love how it electronically stores invoices and back up and you no longer have to worry about filing hard copies. I love how all invoices that are emailed to our AP inbox automatically gets uploaded into Stampli.

Unfortunately we have some manual invoices that are uploaded that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter data. However we are working on ways around this...

Ease of use. Like the way you can review the invoices you are approving

nothing particular. I would like the option to be able to add an owner when it is not my invoice to approve

Stampli was easily implemented and is very easy to use, but provides a great solution for our business.

I have no complaints. Stampli is a great business solution for our company.

We really like how everything is compact and in one central system. The advanced search tools make it really easy to find invoices and the approval process is always smooth.

Only some of our team has access to the AP authorizer view which makes it easy to make any changes to an invoice that was coded incorrectly. If they don't have access, it seems to take a lot of time to reject it and then update.

I need to review and approve consultant contracts. Overall, this system is easy to use and it makes my life easy. I don't really do a lot in there other than reviewing and approving.

I don't think this is as much the product as my organization. But, I get a lot of reminders and notifications that I have things to review. It is a bit of overkill. Especially, when the the invoice is only 2 days old. Sometimes I am just waiting because they haven't actually completed all of their deliverables.

When connected it works fine. No issues.

Needs to be constantly logged in on a windows machine. that needs to stay logged on as admin.

I love the ability to search for and view invoices and that a URL link is created in our ERP that we can copy and directly access the invoice that is in the ledger. I like the audit trail and accountability, and the machine learning of "Billy" when he auto-codes.

Customer service is great, as well as our rep, but sometimes it can be difficult to get ahold of someone on the chat bubble when you need quick help - it can take a while to get an issue resolved sometimes.

What I appreciate most about Stampli is its intuitive interface and seamless integration into our accounts payable workflow. I only use it to submit and approve invoices that need to be paid, but that is easy and straightforward, and I have no complaints.

No login is needed to approve invoices. Simply open the email, even from phone and review the information for accuracy and push one button.

I don't have any negatives at this time.

Since we are new users, we have a lot of questions. Their help team is there immediately to assist.

Navigating in the beginning is a little difficult but should get easier with practice.

There is nothing not to like stampli is very useful

I like the ease of approving invoices. Its very clear and concise. The ability to pass the invoices along that dont belong to you is a great feature, along with the ability to free text comments about the invoices you approve.

Not being able to view older invoices past 1 year. This may just be from my AP dept archiving invoices out of the system, but I use the search function to view older invoices frequently for data.

Stampfli is very user friendly. I've been using for 5+ years and it's one of the easiest software programs to use and understand.

I have no complaint about Stampli. Zero complaints.

I like the ability to filter my invoicing history. I can see status updates on invoices in progress. It also helps our team communicate on specific invoices and records, making it great to cut back on all the emails.

I sometime have a hard time filtering out duplicate invoices. I'm not sure if there is a method to "hide" these invoice statuses.

Ease of paying all invoices since are a remote company, this is essential.

Some of the approving, authorizing payment, etc can be confusing to learn.

I like the drag and drop feature and batch upload. I'm able to go through task much faster. I also like the reminders about invoices I have in my queue.

Sometimes it not consistent on reading the codes. For example, if I do multpiple uploads of the same vendor, sometime it will read the coding and sometimes it won't, even if the invoice looks identical.

The ease of implementation was paramount in selecting our Accounts Payable solution. The customer support is outstanding, and our feedback is valued. The cost of the product was much lower than we anticipated for a solution that was much needed.

I honestly do not have any negative feedback.

Stampli allowed us to move our AP process paperless in the matter of 1 day! It was simple to implement (literally 10 seconds to connect it to NetSuite, plus a couple of minutes for it to download the vendor and item lists) and it is simple to use (as noted by the majority of the approvers). Stampli also has SSO log-in which means our users do not need to remember another password.

The customer service support opens at 9 AM EST, this in itself isn't terrible but our staff is already at work well before that so if we run into issues we have to wait before someone can look at them. Stampli is not very customizable (as we are used to in NetSuite) but the customer support is there to help us through and to submit new tickets for us.

Stampli is so user friendly that implementation was not an issue. The setup was easy and straightforward. We have been using the program for a few years and it has saved us so much time and headaches. We streamlined our approval process and made our payables more transparent to roles that didn't have access to information previously.

There have been workarounds that we have created any time there was something missing from the product. Over the years there have been features added that have eliminated the workarounds. Stampli is always improving!

I love how easy and efficient Stampli has made out A/P process. It has cut back 80% of our processing time and significantly improved our accuracy.

Not that many things to improve other than splitting invoices across multiple locations. However, this was not a deal breaker for us.

The automatic coding of GL accounts; the ability to create an approval workflow based on levels of authority and dollar limits; the approval routing itself; the reporting. Also, no more paperwork! Digital copies are all available for audit purposes.

Some directors would like certain staff to review an invoice prior to approving, but we cannot have all staff as users (without being charged).

Simple to use and implement. We were able to provide the teams with Excel spreadsheets of how we wanted the back end of the system to be set up and they were able to accommodate. The sync with Intacct is also awesome. It's automatic or we can push when needed

Reporting. There is none. When asking for custom reporting from the Stampli staff, we've been given the runaround for over a year.

Integration was easy and we haven't had any problems with this software. The features are simple and helpful. It's great that you can attach proof of receipt and send questions to other users.

There are times when I wish it was easier to search for invoices from a certain vendor when I am reconciling.
