I like that I can just e-mail receipts in and the feature that highlights duplicates expenses helps me match the emailed receipt to the auto generated expense from the company credit card charge.

The reporting helps the accounts team see what has been spent, what still needs to be approved, and what needs to be reimbursed or reconciled.

My whole team can submit their reimbursable expenses and as the Admin, it is easy to track which reports I need to approve, which reports I need to reimburse, and which reports are still waiting on me.

I love that it is also tied to our credit cards and reminds me to scan the receipts immediately when the card is charged.  

Value for money as compared to other systems, features and user interfaces that are fit for purpose, and customer support that are readily available in several forms.

The biggest strength is that it feels like part of a larger operating system rather than a standalone app. When paired with Zoho Books and Zoho Projects, the workflow becomes very smooth.

Additionally, some of the automation and notification features can feel excessive until they are carefully refined, which adds to the learning curve for new users.
