Pros

The new software is very impressive and easier to navigate. The new dashboard gives me everything, even what type of purchases I'm making (Amazing).
Very pleased how they worked with me to help get exactly what I was looking for.
SutiExpense is a great tool to track your expenses. The fact that you can do it on the computer or through the app it helps a lot.

Pros

We our very happy with our decision to implement Zoho. The pricing model is great for a small business and the setup is quick and easy.
It is a nice app and have options to do more with this. I will suggest to work on feedback taken from users and implement the best possible option.
Zoho expense help us track our expenses and easy to use get it as report help. User friendly and price is I like most.

Cons

I have also experienced trouble with the app on my iPad not wanting to orientate in the horizontal position, which makes it extremely difficult to use my keyboard.
Its inability to recognize time limits set up for flights.
It is a necessary evil that is far superior to submitting expenses via email or more traditional means.

Cons

Sometimes it refuses to take the name of the merchant, rewriting it incorrectly. That can be a bit frustrating but its only happened once.
Support service is a problem. Timely response for the queries/issue is missing.
I hated having to take photos with my phone, then email them to myself, then download and upload. Using an app would have been less time consuming.

Expense reports became a breeze.

Pros

Prior to using SutiExpense, we had to manually fill out Excel spreadsheets and submit them for reimbursement. SutiExpense made the process quick, easy, and fast! I used to dread doing expense reports, but no longer. The phone app was also great allowing me to literally enter expenses on the spot instead of waiting to upload receipt images later.

Cons

My one pet peeve was with entering gas expenses. They were coupled with car rental and therefore required a pick up and drop off date. I would have preferred it to be decoupled requiring just a single entry for the date you purchased the gas. Entering lodging info was also a bit awkward -- instead of check in and check out dates, it required check in and then number of days.

Simplistic Expense Reporting

I have now been using SutiExpense for 4 years I use it almost daily works great for me.

Pros

The simplicity and user friendly software makes for reduction in hours that it used to take to complete expense reports I simply take pictures complete expense details and send to my receipts account. Nice Icons for each expense type makes for easier tracking .

Cons

I really did not find any negatives this product was an upgrade very user friendly and practical for us.

Expense Reporting is a Breeze

I don’t have any issues using Suti, nothing that is operationally dependent, just preferential. :)

Pros

It’s fast to use, and easy to log expenses “at time of”.

Cons

For my food expense, it requires an arrival date, departure date, and expense incurred date. I would recommend that for food, just require one date.

Pros

It is easy to keep expense reports organized.

Cons

There are some things that could be "remembered" by the software that would make things much easier. For example, locations, currencies, etc. have to be entered multiple times over the course of an expense report. When I travel domestically, the software is much easier to process and functionally more streamlined than when I am traveling internationally. For me, the latter is far more common.

Cons

Sometimes the set up or location of various items can be confusing. I am still having to export and manually manipulate data into a form I can use.

Use of Suti

Great option for easy expense managment

Pros

Easy to Use software. Like to use it on my phone

Cons

I don't like when I take a picture of a receipt on my phone that it stores these to my phone I have to go in and delete all of my receipts taking up space. Need to have an option that asked you if you want to save the receipts. Again, the point of having Suti is that you capture the phone and the receipts are saved on suti. I don't need them on my phone too.

You can customize Suti to match any of your expense reporting needs.

Cons

Suti is not as intuitive as other expense reporting tools that I have used. It took me quite a bit of time to figure out how to add receipts to an expense report that I had already created the first time I used it.
