Trippy is an enterprise travel and expense management application integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. It uses employee and organisational data to connect trip requests, approvals, advances, travel claims and standalone expenses in one configurable workflow.

Business trip requests can include domestic or international routes, dates, purpose, transport, accommodation, travel companions, estimated costs and advance payments. After travelling, employees complete the claim with actual routes, border-crossing times, expenses in different currencies, supporting documents, provided meals, per diems and travel allowances.

Standalone expenses can be recorded with their date, currency, category, payment method, description and allocation to a cost centre, order or project. Trippy also supports private vehicle information and mileage reimbursement, corporate payment cards and multiple supporting documents.

Approval workflows support configurable steps and dynamic roles. Approvers can approve, return, reject or delegate requests, while finance teams can review the complete financial summary and process history. Role-based permissions control access to employee, approval, finance and administration functions.

Eight integration endpoints prepare approved data for downstream financial processing. Depending on the employee’s selected preference and the organisation’s configuration, reimbursement can be processed through payroll or transferred to the employee’s bank account outside the payroll closing cycle.

The audit trail records approval and financial operations and can be reviewed or exported. The current release supports Czech business-travel rules.
