I recommend it to anyone I come in contact with who may ask for a system like what iScout offers. The things you can do with it for your company is fantastic.
I mean it is an absolutely atrocious name for the software. I really believe it is hurting the product to have the name "KPA EHS." That name could refer to anything by anyone and it is a mouthful.
The ability to capture and communicate action items with follow up to the appropriate people has made us more effective and efficient.
The inability to click on "previous" and "next" when reviewing reports one after the other.
Customer support is probably the best i have ever dealt with. A big thanks to the IScout team for what they have created.
Injury and vehicle collision reporting are almost instantaneous with the forms available via a smart phone.
It's ease of use and functionality, it's ability to house data in volumes like it does.
Right now you have to select one and then go back in to select another. That is really the only negative I could come up with.
It's so much better than keeping track of items in multiple spreadsheets. The reports that can be generated from it are great because we can see what's trending whether it be positive or negative.
The ease of use and ability to pull trending data is excellent.
IScout has been a game changer in our safety culture. It has improved our incident reporting and the ability to make training material more readily available.
We have been able to eliminate multiple subscriptions and management our data and reporting with a few clicks. The Customer Success Team has definitely made the experience worth while.

Heavy usage of FAIR is great, and I like the application templates that can be downloaded for crowdsourcing.
Sometimes Controls trigger before the due date and missing notifications.

We started using LogicGate to decentralize risk management and incident management. All users can now always track their risks and submit any incidents.
Brilliant - my experience so far has been a very positive one. As time moves on, I am getting more involved in different areas of the system, as user and as a power user.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Product support has been lagging at times when there is a problem.
Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.
All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.
Used for required training on workplace violence response.
The simple user interface, the dedicated App and the ability to configure the platform have provided us with an easy transition to the platform.
We came across Gensuite and knew at once it was the best fit for our business.
I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.
Very nice/good tracking tool, Highly integrated with operational process. Real Differentiatior with key Indicators...like to the remainders which is good option.

It also provides a cost effective step into the digital system space without investing in elements that the business is not yet ready for.

The courses are easy enough to navigate and are presented clearly and effectively. Courses are easy to start and save your place if you need to take a break.
Customer service was anything but. The reps and managers say there is NOTHING that can be done to compensate for time lost, that they have known about this problem for...ever, apparently.
Relias is a very user friendly platform for staff training; allows for compliance tracking; and course completion. Training can be tailored to fit needs of staff.
Utterly, completely ridiculous that they have done nothing to fix this, they do not warn customers when using a phone or tablet, and then say there is literally NOTHING they can do.
Overall Relias is a good platform for training staff on a variety of topics and in a timely manner.
They hide this under system requirements and then blame the customer when the program fails to record their progress.
I like that when you log in you are able to see the training courses that are currently due and future courses with the dates they are available and when they are due.
Your organization will be stuck in a long term contract without any flexibility to make changes to pricing, structure, or terms of service.
Been using for multiple years and it has only gotten better with time.
It was a pain in the butt trying to take exams on.
Customer support is quick to respond and resolve issues. Administration is simple, I can log in as users quickly and troubleshoot.
Its a little difficult to upload a document and just have it sent to the supervisor for verification.
We also liked the concept of purchasing "Seats" that could be rotated between users if we didn't need to use the seat for one person ongoing.
Some of the modules apparently have to be completed from a PC. Sometimes the audio will stop working mid-course.

The software was easy to purchase and install but what's best is that it works without causing any issues with the site. It's nice to know it's there, doing its job for those who need it.
When there was an issue I had trouble logging in to fix the settings.
The comprehensive set of tools/reporting allowed me to see a top down view of my site and the parts of it that needed to be more user friendly.
Negative reviews that claim this software is not compliant.
I love simple and powerful solutions. Once I discovered the UserWay I haven't looked any other way.
It doesn't fix everything. You do have to go in and hard code permanent fixes, but the widget lets you know what to focus on as guidelines.
Great menu of options once expanded, and great customer service. Custom trigger option is a must, and they have it.
