As a PeopleSoft implementer, we are very familiar with HR systems and I'm delighted to be able to report that functionality wise, iBE has very good coverage.
Since it all links together, not only do you save time, but you end up saving money and avoiding costly errors.
Very happy with the improved workflow, and so many features available As well.
The mobile apps lag slightly behind in their development so I would advise a full test cycle.
Very good implementation team. Deep and comprehensive analysis of customer needs Realistic commitments.
IBE.net comes with a ton of great features, and all of them integrate with each other.
Highly Customizable product with awesome support.
I highly recommend the product. You will be a happier customer if you spend some time up front evaluating and analyzing your business requirements and how you want them implemented in iBE.
The excellent cloud and mobile app integration. Allowing forte organization and cross checking of project work and plans throughout.
Support staff is extremely responsive and knowledgable about their product.

The help pages are extremely useful but we have developed custom user guides to show the system with our own data in it.
We chose iBE as a cost effective solution to replace our inefficient timesheet and expenses process and reduce the amount of manual effort involved in consolidating data and billing our clients.

ABAK software is easy to use, the customer service is excellent and the company is always improving the software. We are very satisfy with the product.
The problem that we faced was that none of the spreadsheets were linked. The metrics were all over the place and often there were double and triple entries that were needed.
Abak is a timesheet software that is easy to use, the copagny is willing to improve the product, which is very important for us.
Can't customize the reports to our specific needs/or is difficult to do so.
We have been using the software for over a decade with very few issues. The software is easy to use and has a good return on investment.
The overall experience has been good as after having faith in the software we decided to buy a paid version and it has not failed to be reliable.
Abak was the only software I tested that gave me great customer service prior to the purchase and a year later they are still exceeding my expectations. I definitely recommend Abak.
I have used it as a free trial and also paid one and the entire suite has been overall impressive with none of the downtime faced during working hours.

We really like the plugin and it covers all our needs. The reporting is great and helps us to keep track of all the projects costs.
The inability to have multiple filters to one cost tracker setup to give a complete picture is an issues. Also the manual grouping of issues within a cost tracker.
Cost Tracker is easy to use and so powerful in its ability to visualize what is otherwise commonly hidden in spreadsheets.
Sometimes I don't trust the system 100. The problem is that when you create a project and then add a new ticket, you have to open the project in the cost tracker first to see the current status.
Complete integration with Jira. It's a huge help for us that we can book time directly on support tickets and then use the cost tracker to see how profitable a project is.
Complete feature set, a bit difficult to use at the beginning.
A few months in and we're very happy and expanding our use of Tempo.
The only hard part was moving from Jira Server to Jira Cloud, but we were able to move server data to cloud as expected.
Ease of use, pricing, integration with Jira and other systems, ability to export data.
It’s great to have a Birdseye view of our costs across many projects and programmes and be able to distinguish between cost rates and billable rates.
We've been very pleased with Tempo since first deploying it a few months ago.
Very easy to setup, first charts are online in a matter of minutes.
Easy time tracking, budgeting features with many advanced options.
We use Cost Tracker to measure, and more importantly, visualise our profitability. We tried many tools but none integrated as seamlessly into the Atlassian ecosystem as Tempo.
