The platform's Environmental and Consumer Health module enables users to manage animal shelters, barber and beauty shop licenses, child care facilities, dry cleaners, emergency responses, mosquito control, tank inspections, and more online. GovPilot also supports tools for clerks, courts, engineering, and tax, and public work purposes.

GovPilot's supports integration with content management systems and payment processors such as Laserfiche and Authorize.net, allowing organizations to automate processes, streamline workflows and centralize resources on a single platform.
