Features include appointment scheduling, prescription renewals, bill payments, real-time chat, secure document sharing, calendar dashboard, and more.

For medical practitioners, AdvancedTelemedicine provides advanced electronic health records (EHR) integration, providing full patient medical history. Treatments, conditions, and prescribed medication can be seen in patient records, providing vital information for diagnosis and treatment. Information taken from appointments is securely stored in each patients’ EHR including consultation notes, screenshots taken from video appointments, treatment plans, prescriptions issued, referrals, and follow-up appointments. This ensures patients’ medical records remain complete and concise to provide a full overview of medical history and ongoing medical treatment and conditions. With in-house specialists, practitioners can refer patients to other medical professionals within the practice, helping to increase patient retention.

With the AdvancedTelemedicine patient portal, patients can schedule virtual healthcare sessions as and when required. At the time of scheduled appointments, patients can launch the video conference and await the arrival of the assigned medical practitioner in the virtual waiting room. With real-time chat, patients and practitioners can be notified of any delays or changes, helping to reduce lost appointments and maintain open communication. Additionally, patients can request prescription renewals directly in the platform for approval by medical practitioners, removing the need for an appointment each time repeat medication is required.
