I enjoy being able to have access to multiple facilities, and the ability to customize appointments, encounters, and pt portal/demographics.

Patient portal is also very simple which helps them to access their own record easily.

It has streamlined our workflow and reduced the time spent on administrative tasks.

This problem can cause problem in big clinics when there is a rush time.

The invoices tab in the billing page should allow more space for billing-related notes for each patient.

It has many different features that help to automate many tedious tasks and help take the burden off of smaller clinics/teams.

It is reliable when it comer to privacy as all the information is stored safely.

I have watched the platform grow and improve (though some parts have gotten worse). If you are willing to put in the time to customize your experiene you can do a lot with templates and questionnaires.

Ignoring requests, not emailing or calling back when I was told they would and still no appropriate response to the 3 months of disrupted service.

I know how to set up a hyper efficient clinic and I know clinical workflows from both the physician and admin ends.  

I love that it is a comprehensive, all-in-one cloud-based solution.

There was no way to customize menus or offer links for one service so the patient is presented with every service available for online booking in alphabetical order.  

Electronic controlled substance prescribing did not renew properly.

I have spend the past 3 months calling, emailing, chatting w/ AI- hours of communication to get this resolved.

I have done deep dive evaluations of most of the EHR's designed for small practices and functional medicine.  

Overall, i think CHarmHealth is very easy and cost-effective to use in small to medium clinics.

They took $175 from my account after I canceled the account months ago in November 2023 and I have not used the service since.

No ability to line graph GAD-7 or PHQ-9, which is obnoxious.

I also really wish they would allow us to choose what credit card processor we want to work with.  

Overall, Charm is one of the most flexible and customizable EHR's out there, and for a tiny fraction of the price, and it is the one I have used for 10 years.

I have had a very positive experience with Charm and they have been very receptive to our ideas for additions that have helped customize our charting.

They are always upgrading to include and offer more features on both provider and patient side.

Customer / Tech support is non-existant for real platform issues.  

Several months go by and I notice a $245 charge has been deducted from my account.

I was told because I filed the dispute the account would automatically be canceled and did not need any further action.

They also charge a fee for PDMP and its free to access in my state.

They do NOT listen to or respond to feedback when they have made problematic changes to the platform.

The tutorials are useless and don't actually help you get up and going.

The options to customize it to your liking is flexible.

Horrible customer service and they nickel and dime you for every service they offer.

This is the most affordable option out there and really provides you the option to grow.   If you are a new practice and don't need a lot of bells and whistles, then this is a great option.  

It is easy for my collaborating MD to sign my charts.

The cost is low for getting started which has been extremely helpful for me.   As I scale my practice, I have been able to add in features as needed (and when I can afford it).

A few days later I called someone over the phone and cancelled the subscription.

As a new user, It wasn't easy to navigate where to go to get help.

The e-prescribe feature is a challenge for prescribing compounded formulas.

Untrustworthy with taking money from you account.

It accesses a database for ICD10 Codes that is completely unusable and a total waste of time.
