The platform enables staff members to automatically send email and text notifications to patients about upcoming visits, collect patient information using built-in intake forms, and manage patient data by creating lists using the search tool. It offers a Signature Pad, which allows teams to digitize their sign-in sheets.
Chiro8000's Kiosk module lets patients take various outcome assessments including FABQ, DASH, SF36, OSWESTRY, Bourenmouths, and more. Chiropractors can choose from a variety of stretches and exercises built into the system, which can be emailed to patients according to individual requirements.
