What is EddyCore?

EddyCore is a cloud-based software that assists healthcare organizations with collecting and verifying insurance providers’ credentials to facilitate enrollment processes. The platform integrates with several primary source verification (PSV) databases, enabling managers to automatically check submitted credentials such as state license or national provider identifier (NPI) number and retrieve past records from the Federation of State Medical Boards, National Practitioner Data Bank, and Veris Registry.

Medical professionals can use EddyCore to automatically populate official documents, forms, and applications with the required provider data. Managers can assign tasks to specific team members, track action items, review completed tasks, and add important notes for future reference. Users can store providers’ details in a centralized database and perform verification processes in compliance with state bylaws or other industry regulations.

Organizations can use EddyCore’s dashboard to view providers’ details, monitor average onboarding time, and communicate with team members via messaging. The software also integrates with EddyOne, helping users store and access providers’ credentials in real-time.
