Envi by Inventory Optimization Solutions (IOS) is a healthcare inventory management solution for hospitals, urgent care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician groups. The modular software includes approval workflows, purchasing, requisitioning, electronic invoice matching, and more.

With Envi, users can manage inventory and transactions across all of their facilities from a single platform. All locations can be managed from a unified vendor master and product list, with support for location-specific pricing and vendors as required. Integration with supplier catalogs allows users to browse and order products, and maintain item lists through an image-based marketplace experience. Purchase orders can be created from vendor master lists and customized item lists, and transmitted via email, auto-fax, or EDI to vendors after unlimited optional approval layers.

Envi compares invoices with purchase orders to ensure that correct payments are made. Matched invoices are also interfaced with connected accounting systems, and general ledger account codes are pre-populated. Product usage can be tracked by patient, procedure, physician, and department from multiple storage locations, and on-hand inventory levels can be monitored. Last-in first-out (LiFo), first-in first-out (FiFo), weighted average,standard cost, and last cost inventory management methods are supported. Envi also offers an analytics dashboard, barcode scanner support, lot number, serial number, and expiration date tracking, implant tracking, custom reporting, and more.
