Pros

It is easy to use, once you get the appropriate training and practice. I like that is a great investigative tool to search for timelines in the past.
I really liked that it was easy to navigate and easy to find what I need for my patients. I like that you have to enter in certain information in order to move forward.
I have worked with several different electronic medical record resources through my educational career, but this one champions all the rest. It has an excellent, user friendly interface.

Pros

The best use of Charm for us was having all our patient data in one location that was easily accessible, and well laid out. Ease of use was important in the decision to use Charm.
When COVID hit, I was able to transition seamlessly to Telehealth. The fact that the organization even offered it free for several months to encourage users to use Telehealth was amazing.
I am extremely pleased with ChaRM EHR. It is so easy to schedule clients and does not require me to do more than make about three clicks.

Cons

Perhaps that is a limitation set up by my provider but that's annoying that I can't message a doctor from several years ago.
It was always a inconvenient time but I think that was the IT department's choice, not the actual software's choice; for this review anyways.
Steep learning curve, and i'm not even sure if that's something that can be fixed. People that have had other systems and are older struggle sometimes.

Cons

When a lab order is connected with an encounter it can't be modified through the lab tab (makes NO sense). Billing needs to be updated, it's completely an obsolete system that is being used.
When I contacted customer service for anyone who can handle this case, the only thing I got was "sorry", and then no more after, the chat was terminated. Not accurate patient's due and reports.
But they have limited hours and can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with. That being said they usually respond within 24 hours.
