Fixus is a cloud-based case management platform designed to help health care and socially focused care organisations streamline data collection, automate processes, enhance workflows, and report against program requirements.

Our goal it to enhance your organisations ability to excel in providing health and social care service outcomes.

Key features of the Fixus platform include support for multiple agencies with multiple teams, role based security, client centred model of care, notes, documents, Text Messaging (SMS), time tracking, clinical assessments, knowledge-base, consent management, client and staff schedules, action planning, service directory, brokerage, purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and central intake processes, including management of secure messages, enquiries, referrals, and service directory.

A set of public facing API endpoints enable the potential for integration with 3rd parties.

Fixus maintains an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013. The standard verifies that our ISMS is officially audited, implemented according to best practices and that we have clear and defined procedures for managing security related risks.
