Herfert Software is a cloud-based chiropractic practice management solution designed to help small to large medical institutions manage processes related to administration, staff, appointments, electronic health records, and patients. The platform enables health care providers to update information on patients' charts using SOAP notes.
Herfert Software’s insurance billing functionality allows administrators to directly charge any insurance service provider, reopen closed claims and review billing details before printing. Features include auto check-in/check-outs, inventory management, barcode scanning, electronic data transfer, claim tracking, and more. The patient correspondence module lets users create mail merges, labels and mail sorts to organize information. The system automatically sends email/text reminders for upcoming or missed appointments, patient statements, and care plan schedules. The color-coded year-to-date (YTD) graphs provide visual insight into payments, write-offs and new patient visits.
Herfert Software enables institutions to set multiple levels of security for database access and provide role-based permissions for each doctor. The credit card processing system integrates with various service providers such as Fortis Payment Systems, Cash Practice and Heartland.
