“Entering payments is the most common daily struggle with this software especially if the software is calculated wrong I mean when we send a claim most of the time there is a difference between the right amount we are getting from the insurance and the calculation of the software which is expected sometimes but to correct is the most difficult thing to do with this software, you have to keep trying to get it right”
