What is Natty Gains?
Natty Gains is a web-based all-in-one coaching platform for nutrition, training and client support. It consists of two connected tools: a coaching dashboard for the coach and a client app in the coach's own branding (logo, colors and images).
Nutrition
Create individual nutrition plans in minutes based on a digital intake form with calorie and macro calculation. Plans draw on a recipe database with 1,500+ recipes plus your own recipes, generate shopping lists automatically and can be shared in the app or as PDF. Templates with filters (e.g. low carb, vegan, gluten-free) adapt automatically to each client's calorie targets. Clients track food via text search, barcode scanner or photo, and you analyze macro- and micronutrients and food diaries.
Training
Build workouts and training programs from 1,500+ exercises or your own, including supersets, drop sets and circuits, or assign ready-made templates in a few clicks. Clients see their program in the app, follow exercise instructions with images and animations, and log sets, reps and weights with a rest timer.
Progress and client support
Forms and questionnaires for intake, check-ins and habits, progress photos, weight diary, body measurements and body composition, plus graphical progress reports. A live activity feed shows all client activity in real time.
Communication and automation
Integrated live chat (individual and group chats, voice messages, attachments), push notifications, in-app announcements and emails. Automation workflows trigger actions based on behavior, dates or status changes, and reminders keep clients engaged.
Client acquisition and admin
Publish your own landing page with a lead form, manage leads in a pipeline, use e-mail follow-ups and marketing templates. Manage to-dos, write invoices and use a template for coaching contracts.
