Unite — Unite is PerfectServe's end-to-end, cloud-based CC&C platform encompassing five solution areas: Provider Scheduling, Call Center/Operator Console, Clinical Collaboration, Patient & Family Communication, and Practice Communication.
Provider Scheduling — PerfectServe’s Lightning Bolt provider scheduling solution uses combinatorial optimization to generate complete, equitable, and accurate schedules for providers and staff.
Call Center/Operator Console — PerfectServe's Call Center solution allows agents to see patient information from the EHR in real-time, message providers for answers, and determine availability.
Clinical Collaboration — PerfectServe's Clinical Collaboration solution connects all care team members on a single, HIPAA-compliant communication platform and uses proprietary Dynamic Intelligent Routing technology to ensure all messages—from texts to calls to lab results to consult requests to patient alerts & alarms—get to the right person at the right time.
Patient & Family Communication (PFC) — PerfectServe's PFC platform supports patients before, during, and aftercare using secure tools for messaging and virtual and in-person patient visits.
Practice Communication — These capabilities are embedded in PerfectServe's CC&C platform and include secure messaging and automated medical answering services.
Case Scheduling — This solution for intelligent OR case scheduling is a complement to Lightning Bolt. It automatically matches available anesthesia staff with the best daily case schedule to save time and minimize human error. It also supports functionality like teaming to pair providers who work well together consistently.
We believe all communications are workflows, not merely messages or phone calls. The aforementioned Dynamic Intelligent Routing uses patient and provider context to ensure that the right message goes to the right provider at the right time. We also believe that CC&C is most appropriately deployed in the cloud because of the increasing need to provide CC&C services inside and outside the healthcare provider enterprise.
PerfectServe supports integrations with more than 250 key clinical systems, from the EHR to nurse calls to laboratory information systems and beyond. We're always evaluating new integrations to make sure we provide the most value and functionality to our customers.
With the persistent threat of cybersecurity attacks in healthcare, PerfectServe maintains solution security as a top priority.
