On the whole has been incredible. Fantastic for the clinic to send reminders, and really useful for patients to get them. Has reduced DNAs massively.
Message system as reminders is amazing and the ease of diary use is fantastic.
Mass message system doesn't work really well. When I'm sending over 100 messages out, I usually have to do many one at a time.

Exceedingly good apart from have to have glasses at hand
I love the reminders and follow ups to ensure great organisation and feedback
The font is too small to see diary I have to wear glasses and this is a pain

Don't need to carry a diary with me as I have it on my smart device
Like the different colors you can use for different appointments, easy to use
If we can share via what'sapp new appointment and follow up appointments it will help as some people don't read sms

Easy to use and the customer services have responded promptly to any enquiries
It saves me time as customers book themselves in instead of me having to manually fill a diary in. Integration was easy with Facebook
The software could really do with a section on booking form for customers to imput there address detail was surprised that was not present.

Really pleased. Been using a diary as I’ve not come across an app that I’ve loved yet, this one does everything I need it to do!
Easy to use. Easy to see everything. Easy to take payments. Everything
The tip section should have a 0% option. Rather than haven’t to manually type it in if client is paying they may not know they can do that and feel they have to tip.

Excellent, very fast response to issues & resolving them..
Very easy to use, can be easily adapted for business needs. Well priced for the functions I need.. Appointfix are excellent with resolving any issues, fixes are done & updates issued very quickly..
Have genuinely not found any issues, it is very easy to use. i had to transfer to this from paper diary following first lockdown with no problems..

It has freed up hours of my time from the old diary and pen with texting everyone which then gave them the chance to negotiate, this way they can't/ don't.
Easy to use once set up, easily set up by a child which helped me alot...
Would like the option to move a whole days or weeks booking to another day with a grab and drop type scenario

Great. Fast replies for customer service and I've not needed them often at all which says a lot in itself.
It allows me to organise my diary and the automatic message feature is great. This means every client has an exact confirmation of when they've booked in which avoids any disputes.
It does everything I need it to. Perhaps a feature where I can book in stuff for myself and label it as such would be good. E.g. "Tuesday at 5 meeting friends in town". Instead of purely being linked to contacts. This would allow it to be a personal diary as well as a business one.

Very positive. The app works without issue, updates of improved features are ongoing and support is fast and helpful.
At a glance I can see exactly what appointments I have and for what services. So no more double booking or empty spaces. Automatic booking confirmations and reminders have made costly missed appointments a distant memory. I have access to it everywhere I go, I made appointments for appointments for clients while out walking the dogs so I don't have to rely on my memory to call them back later.
I would like to be able to set 2 (or) more columns for each day and be able to allocate appointments to specific columns. (One appointment diary for both dog groomers)

Love the appointment reminders that I can send to clients. I don’t have any last minute cancellations. Saves carrying a big diary and trying to search for clients through the pages
Easy to use, affordable, clear, can use different colours for every service/event, helpful and efficient team when needed. Adds up client costs over the day,week, month, year

The appointment reminder SMS messages are working well and saving me time on taking calls and messages from clients who have forgotten their appointment times. I do believe it's also reduced my no shows and giving me more time to fill appointment slots with clients contacting me earlier if they can't now make their appointments.
1) Ease of booking appointments from my client contacts once loaded 2) Ease of deleting / amending appointment slots 3) Appointment SMS reminder facility 4) Reports making it quicker to check and update my Account spreadsheets
1) Problems with syncing my diary between my iPhone and iPad. Some days i am not in the business but still take bookings remotely which i add on my iPhone so its important that my colleagues in the business are able to see an accurate and up to date diary on the iPad. This is not working properly so i end up having to send SMS messages to colleagues to manually input into a paper back up diary. 2) It would be great to have a facility so that i don't have to input the cost of a session every time i make an appointment with an existing client. Assume that the cost is the same unless I amend it and automatically populate this on reports.

Will start using online booking but haven’t set it up yet Make my life easier as always have my diary in me and can see by a tap what I have in that day also sends reminders to clients and it eliminates no shows

I have recommended this app to all of my colleagues, enough said
I had big problems with clients forgetting their appointments so started to use this app because it had a reminder function on. I went from 5 a month not turning up to none. I then discovered qlot more easy to use functions and stopped using a writen diary to only this.
I have not found any problems yet that have not been solved by me looking at options.

I have 2 young children so using this app as freed me up a lot of time, as I'm not sitting with my diary for hours booking people in, they can do it themselves or I can do it straight away and I can check my availability wherever I am
It's easy too use straight away and the lay out is easy to understand
It stays on 'day' everytime I go on so ive got to go on the menu to get the 'month' up

Great.
Easy to use. Colours are great to allow quick glance for type of client.
When you click the blank zone to book often enters into an already taken slot, oftentimes you have to re adjust the time multiple times as it flicks back to the hour. Also if you are entering a personal block out of time in the diary when you click the day eg Thursday and enter the block it appears as Monday thought you hit the Thursday page. It would better if this was working better eg hot Thursday then Thursday automatically appears. Prefer on computer- hopefully this will happen soon.
