Administrators can grant role-based access permissions, manage employees' payroll and compensation processes, and gain visibility into labor requirements, productivity, and performance metrics on an administrative dashboard. Staff members can utilize the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant mobile application to access work schedules, receive push notifications, and submit requests for schedule changes, even from remote locations.
