“I don't like RXNT, because costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.”
