They have taken all tips that I have asked for in features and are implementing them as fast as they can. Every single one of them have been so kind and responsive and I am beyond grateful for that.
We have been using this software for a little over a year and love it. It is very user friendly and the SMARTcare team will do anything to help you which is great.
Exceptional...Working with SMARTcare is like having our own IT Department, but without the cost. SMARTcare has been a true partner.
Cons
I regret signing a contract and have been extremely disappointed in many ways. I have worked with over 5 CRM systems in the past, this has been my worst experience ever.
Inability for the RNs to do assessments offline and transmit later.
When I first started with Smartcare I was very overwhelmed and frustrated trying to learn a new system.
