Administrators can coordinate multiple operators, track work progress, and request signatures on reports from clients.
Using Tech Away, managers can access information about customers' technical assistance requests, required tools, addresses, contact details, and more. Supervisors can generate reports, schedule or organize interventions, and track the time taken for each task. Technicians can also export collected data in Microsoft Excel format, view scheduled activities on a calendar and monitor used equipment across assistance scenarios according to requirements.
Tech Away is available for Android, iOS, and tablet devices. The platform also helps professionals organize interventions using alerts.
