Customer service is a joke, I have spent over an hour trying to get help and when I finally got a person they had me on hold for another half and hour. When she came back on the phone and transferred me it went back to the start and I waited for another 15 minutes before I gave up.

The ability to see when clients are checked in for appointments and to pre-document notes using the macros tab, increased productivity!

Valant eventually gave us the number of a liason to call  in times like these because there were so many incidents of the system going out or lagging to the point of being unusable, but this person has no idea what is going on and has never been helpful and will only sometimes respond to his emails.

Lack of availability of a personal trainer every time there is a major update.

This means you can't schedule appointments or even access a list of that day's patients.

Only one portal is allowed and both parents need to sign the paperwork for it to go through to the chart.
