I Care does what it promises, without fuss. Help desk is prompt and reliable; the manuals online are complete and usable.
When I first used scheduling, access to openings was hard for me to figure out. It required a click on the secondary mouse button.
User friendly, easy to use. Best is its functioning on any browser & any devise.
No dislikes, however it would be nice if they set up regional user groups for technical users.
ICare is friendly, attractive, and the visual language is intuitive and easy to navigate. Patient areas are extensive: languages, countries, gender preferences and so on.
Affordable but has rich features. Lots of configuration makes it easy to use.
I like most of the software system especially the options we have available to click like discharge list.
This is an excellent integrated EHR system which is full featured and compliant with all required and emerging regulatory standards.
US-based customer service is great for our needs.

This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.
The deployment was horrible with an abundance of inaccurate entries which interfered with billing. Billing team in general is incompetent.
We have always liked ChartLogic and recommend it highly. They stay on top of requirements for Meaningful Use and are always helpful to the customer.
THese have to be fake glowing reviews. We have had nothing but trouble, failed roll outs, bad customer service from the start.
Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.
The worst part of it is that Chart Logic 7 is no longer available. If only they had worked out all the kinks before moving to a new version, but that's probably part of the financial model.
Templates are created in Word, so we were able to set them up ourselves. As an EMR it is outstanding.
My only complaint would be the interface issues that we sometimes have with our practice manager software.
The Document Manager is a great tool. Being able to scan documents into a patient's chart and the queue to the physician for their immediate viewing from outside the office is very helpful.
Too much is going on on the screens at once, and your eyes have trouble adjusting.
User friendly, quick, easy to use, overall I like the system. Easy to access to pt info, makes my job easier to do.
When adding the ref doctor to the note even if its in the PM not sure why sometimes it doesn't cross over to the EHR. Dont like that the Dr. Notes can be deleted or changed by accident its happen.

I can double check every health related patient information in here to approve procedure payments, thanks to our doctors sharing this info with us via CL.

Alleva works great with customers to help them get the most out of the software and are always listening and helping to make upgrades and modifications.
Some of the continuity of the software is a little confusing - inability to access notes and attendance in programming from an intuitive place is an example.
The flexibility and customization for the platform makes it a terrific option - particularly in light of the support and the willingness of the staff to create solutions on the fly.
As a business we are still struggling to use the software but it’s more on user error not software error.
I have been happy for the past year, and based on all information I have, will be happy for many years to come.
The inability for the scheduler to connect to an outside calendar such as Outlook creates a tremendous amount of extra work and communication problems with staff around scheduling.
What I love about this software is how easy is it to complete my clinical documentation.
Lastly, the reporting function - or the inability to customize reports based on specific criteria can be confounding.
This system is easy to use, easy on the eyes, and has amazing customer support if needed.
It is time consuming to adapt our facility to Alleva. Alleva appears to struggle with understanding out states regulation and overall substance use disorder treatment for our level of care.
My overall experience with Alleva has been spectacular. At the end of the day with an EHR, you want top quality customer service and customer experience.
This is literally the only part of Alleva that has been difficult to work with.
I like the ability to personalize based off of the company needs.
It has helped us to improve as an organization and meet licensing needs as well as provide a better platform to serve our clientele.
It has helped our therapists be more effecient and effective with their time and treatment of clients. It has helped us to become CARF accredited and meets all of our multiorganizational needs.
Very user friendly in all areas of the software. The software was well put together and allowing the user to understand and acknowledge the information quickly.
Software supported basic revenue cycle management functions.
Very user friendly even a non-tech individual can navigate without fail. Support is at your finger tips with a very rapid response time.

This software has been extremely helpful in my clinical practice. It is easy to use and saves our clinic a great deal of time on the phone.
Very hard to get on - something about the password system does not work so each time we need a new and different passwords -and need to call customer service yet again.
I would absolutely recommend to any pharmacy that likes making their jobs a little easier.
I see your employees rate their work experience highly, too bad your not offering any real service.
Makes the link between medical offices/insurance/pharmacies easy to communicate and get the medication approved as quickly as possible for patients.
Extremely frustrating and wasteful of the physician's time.
It is a free product that helps physicians manage the ever-increasing number of inane medication prior authorizations.
I am very dissatisfied with Cover My Meds but am required to use it by SC Medicaid plans.
I did enjoy it being easier to complete prior authorizations for medications electronically especially compared to faxing.
Depending on the insurance carrier, it can sometimes be difficult to find the forms on line while trying to obtain a prior auth.
It allows clinicians to care for patients and can be managed by one user in the office with minimal overhead.
Delayed transmission of Medicaid Claims for a child.
Customer service people seem ok though sometimes innefectual. Occasionally we dsid get a prior auth done this way.

Ease of finding appropriate templates for charting and the ease of prescribing. I prescribe daily and the program is excellent.
When they do "updates" and "fix" things that were not broke but then work worse after the "fix. One time the did an update and the email reminders disappeared.
The customer service is fantastic, they always respond to help tickets very quickly. It usually is pretty snappy and quick to respond, and is easy to learn to navigate for first time users.
Disappointed that Carepaths stopped having rates for part time therapists.
This one works the best of any I've seen and the price has been a blessing, I can actually afford it.
Our customers are having problems reading their bills.
We have several clinicians using carepaths, and we have been pleased with the ease of use.
It is difficult to use and difficult to maneuver.

Software continually progresses / improves / is enhanced. Records are easily downloaded for care coordination with other providers.
The insurance entry process is tedious and time consuming. The scheduling component is difficult to maneuver as well.
I have used this program for several months and am really happy with how easy it is to use.

The simple interface appealed to us as well. I think this EMR would be fine for any clinician who is NOT sending claims to insurance or paying other clinicians on a fee split.
When we identify what ERAs are missing, we then need to MANUALLY post those ERAs into the system. I am paying for double the clerical staff that other practices my size utlilize.
It helps the patient monitor their health conditions by just one click.

This one works the best of any I've seen and the price has been a blessing, I can actually afford it.
Our customers are having problems reading their bills.
We have several clinicians using carepaths, and we have been pleased with the ease of use.
It is difficult to use and difficult to maneuver.
Good value for the money, not pretty, but functional and secure.
It's literally a "hit or miss" when you open a "help" ticket as to if they will respond and/resolve the problem. And don't even think there will be any follow up after the initial response.
Software continually progresses / improves / is enhanced. Records are easily downloaded for care coordination with other providers.
The insurance entry process is tedious and time consuming. The scheduling component is difficult to maneuver as well.
I have used this program for several months and am really happy with how easy it is to use.
Poor customer service, features that staff claim as working do not work and fixing features is irregular and random. System is slow at certain times throughout the day.
The simple interface appealed to us as well. I think this EMR would be fine for any clinician who is NOT sending claims to insurance or paying other clinicians on a fee split.
When we identify what ERAs are missing, we then need to MANUALLY post those ERAs into the system. I am paying for double the clerical staff that other practices my size utlilize.
It helps the patient monitor their health conditions by just one click.

User friendly, easy to use, reports are fantastic. Robust software which takes care of pretty much all the needs of a medical institution.
They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking about using their software, DO NOT.
We have a lot more to achieve and create in course of our journey to be the best renal care provider , the strength that stand out are.
The worst company I have dealt with in my 20 year career.
Anyway some modules, features like ICD cording, Inpatient and available report builders are really good. Also can be satisfied with speed of the system.
Poor built in flow between different section of software.
HMS is very good, Its security and logic is good. Overall it is excellent.
Some basic loopholes are there which need to be addressed. Customer service does not call back if we leave a voice message.
An excellent Hospital Information System, which is a perfect Business object ,developed to meet our needs , is an apt factor for the smooth work flow in our hospital.
It covers everything, but many missing functionalities inside modules, means there are modules for everything , but modules need to have more functionality.
In addition, Insta has successfully integrated the HMS with our lab equipments for automatically posting Lab results. We are overall very satisfied with the product and service.
