Return on Investment.We wanted to have a product to manage our hotel but due to lack of understanding what we need and what software we need to choose we delayed in implementing a software for many years. However one of my friend recommended this ezee Centrix, and we took a plunge and established business relationship with ezee. Till date they met each and every requirement for our hotel needs. I believe they have many functionality in Centrix and i am using may be 20-30% of them. As we are a small organization, they are certain tasks still done manually. I believe this solutions is even useful to big companies in hospitality as well as for small & medium companies. over all I am very satisfied. The staff is also very good in looking after their customers. We have been allocated a Cloud Technical expert to our account, who helped us to quickly deploy the sofware through out our organization in a phased and quick manner. Without his contribution we would not have used this software to the maximum of its capacity.
